Introduction

As the technology keeps improving, people tend to communicate through social sites and communications channel which actually reduce the need and requirement to meet face to face; thereby reducing the interactive quality of communication. OldTown White Coffee renovated their coffee shop outlets adopting from the 50sera coffee shop atmosphere in order to attract people. Apart from this, they also provide public an opportunity for them to experience the atmosphere of the old time coffee shop while meeting up with their friends and family. With the evolution of OldTown White Coffee, it has changed a lot from year 1999 until recently year 2013. They get ahead from an incorporate company to a franchised company. From a small shop, became a total of 228 outlets in Malaysia, Singapore, China and Indonesia (OldTown, 2013). Also, exports its instant beverage mixes to 13 countries all around the world (New Sarawak Tribune, 2013). Australia, United Kingdom and United States of America are some of the country involved (OldTown, 2013). OldTown White Coffee is basically a coffee manufacture industry. They manufacture 3 in 1 coffee mix since 1999 (OldTown, 2013). According to the Executive Director Mr. Tan Say Yap (2013), the 1st OldTown White Coffee shop was opened at Ipoh Garden South in year 2005. In the shop outlet, they do not only supply coffee mix products, but also quality food and services to the customers.
